They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was impressed by how clean their office was. It was obvious that they took pride in creating a clean, friendly environment for their patients.

I was very skeptical the program would work. After being overweight for several years I had lost hope as well as my self esteem. From the first visit the staff was welcoming and attentive to my concerns and questions. Dr. Baird was wonderful. She listened, encouraged and supported me along the way. If I had a bad week she still made me feel successful. I loved it when she said she didn't expect me to be perfect. I met my goal and have done well in maintaining my weight. The protein shakes were sweet enough to help with my "sweet ' cravings. Chocolate mint was my favorite. I would not hesitate to send a member of my family to Dr. Baird. She gave me back "me"!

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
